Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA)
PSA Technology is the most common method used in nitrogen generators.
The process involves passing compressed air through a bed of adsorbent materials (typically zeolite) that preferentially adsorb oxygen and other gases.

1. • Cycle: The air is pressurized and passed through the adsorbent bed, where oxygen, carbon dioxide, and other gases are removed. Nitrogen, which is less adsorbent, passes through the system and is collected.
   • Regeneration: After a set time, the adsorbent material is regenerated by lowering the pressure, allowing the adsorbed gases to be released.

Online Nitrogen System:

• The HT-5000 is an online nitrogen inflator, meaning it can be connected directly to a nitrogen supply, ensuring continuous availability of nitrogen without the need for manual filling or switching gas cylinders.
